With the overflow of recipes and meal plans and diets and nutritional opinions out there it can get quite overwhelming to decide what we are going to put into our bodies when wanting to create a new way of nourishing our bodies. A favorite place to look for inspo – GROCERY HAULS! I love seeing what others stock their kitchens with. No fancy recipes here (yet) — let’s just see what people keep in stock to get some new ideas. And this week was Costco week — so here we go, grab a notepad because there are gunna be a TON of ideas in this haul as well as some of my favorite tips on sneaking veggies into EVERYTHING.
