A few months back I was binge eating, shaming myself for what I put in my body that wasn’t a vegetable and I had hard time accepting the person that I saw in the mirror. I now stand in my power, feeling more confident in my body while enjoying the food that I love without the shame. Mallorie has given me the foundation to live a life that I truly love and enjoy. She believes in my full potential which is what helped keep me motivated. Mallorie is compassionate, supportive, fun and full of energy. I look forward to continue working with her.
